JBS Visuals: Charmant le Petit Sage's Artistic Vision

Working with a truly talented artist who has a real, authentic voice makes the creative process special—it becomes more than just work. It becomes a meaningful journey of visuals and emotions. This has been my experience as Sadrack Jean Baptiste, founder of JBS Visuals, working with Charmant le Petit Sage to bring his music to life on screen.

The Genesis of a Unique Voice: Roots and Early Beginnings

To understand Charmant le Petit Sage's art, you need to know where he comes from. He grew up in Fontamara, a vibrant neighborhood rich in culture. This background has shaped how he sees life and makes music. Before he started recording professionally and making music videos, his story began in childhood at church.

He first sang in church choirs, which was his first real training ground. That's where he discovered the power of his voice and learned to sing from the heart, not just with sound. He started very young, took a break, and then made a strong comeback in 2023. With a fresh vision, strong drive, and a mature artistic style, he was ready to make his mark in the music industry.

Blending Genres: The Distinct Sound of Charmant

A strong musical identity matters, and Charmant has created his own style by mixing different genres together. His music moves smoothly between Afro, Dancehall, and Afro-Compas, creating energy and a sound that makes him stand out. When asked about how he works, he keeps it simple: "Singing doesn't take effort for me; it's inside me, and I do it honestly."

He draws inspiration from local artists like Kenny Haiti and international stars like Nigerian singer Chikè. Even as his influence grows, he stays humble: "My music is my truth. Thank you to those who listen with their hearts and support me on this journey."

A Visionary Partnership Built on Resilience: The JBS Visuals Collaborations

Making high-quality music videos for an artist takes trust, hard work, and shared passion. From the day we started working together in April 2025, it was clear our creative partnership would create something special.

As a director and filmmaker, capturing an artist's truth means overcoming obstacles. The creative path is never easy or straight. Even when we faced unexpected challenges during video shoots—like the difficult production of "Lè m Tande l", where we had a stressful road accident—our commitment to the vision stayed strong. We pushed through every problem because we believed in the art we were making.

So far, JBS Visuals has created three important visual projects for Charmant le Petit Sage:

"Bagay yo pa fasil" (Released April 2025): Watch the video here— This was our first project together. It shows real struggles, human strength, and deep feelings, setting the stage for what came next.

"Lè m Tande l" (Released December 14, 2025): Watch the video here — Recorded in November and released on his birthday, this beautiful Afro-Compas song explores love and connection. It's about hearing a loved one's voice from far away. Charmant sees this as his personal best work, created over two months.

"Perdoname" (Released May 2026): Watch the video here — A beautiful continuation of our creative work, showing another side of his talent and our style of telling stories through visuals.

Elevating the Future of Music and Visuals

At JBS Visuals, we do more than just make music videos. We tell real human stories, celebrate raw talent, and help artists shine through beautiful, high-quality filmmaking. Our work with Charmant le Petit Sage shows what happens when hard work meets vision.

This is just the start. We have many more exciting projects coming that will continue to raise the bar for our work.
